The Flood Warning will expire at noon MDT today for a portion of southwest Colorado, including the following areas, Ouray, San Juan and San Miguel. Several road closures are ongoing in this area.Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area. If flooding has been observed...Please report it to your local law enforcement agency. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
