At 1244 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 25 miles south of Grand Junction, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Mesa County. This includes Colorado 141 between mile markers 129 and 146.

Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Pitkin, northeastern Delta, northeastern Mesa and northwestern Gunnison Counties. This includes Colorado 133 between mile markers 56 and 64.

No width restrictions are expected on vehicles through the work zone.
