REUNIÓN EXTRAORDINARIA DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE FRUITA
(ENTREVISTAS AL JUEZ DEL TRIBUNAL MUNICIPAL)

1. APERTURA Y LLAMADO A LISTA
La reunión extraordinaria del Concejo Municipal de Fruita fue abierta a las 5:37 p.m. por el Alcalde Matthew Breman. Los miembros del Concejo Municipal presentes fueron Aaron Hancey, Jeannine Purser, Rich Parris, Amy Miller, Todd Kumro y Jared Prochnow.
2. TEMAS DEL AGENDA
A. SESIÓN EJECUTIVA – DISCUSIÓN Y POSIBLE ACCIÓN PARA CONSIDERAR UN
MOCION PARA REUNIRSE EN SESIÓN EJECUTIVA CONFORME A C.R.S.
SECCIÓN 24-6-402(4)(F) CON EL FIN DE REALIZAR ENTREVISTAS A LOS
FINALISTAS PARA JUEZ DEL TRIBUNAL MUNICIPAL
• LA CONCEJAL PURSER PROPONE REUNIRSE EN SESIÓN EJECUTIVA
CONFORME A C.R.S. SECCIÓN 24-6-402(4)(F) CON EL FIN DE
REALIZAR ENTREVISTAS A LOS FINALISTAS PARA JUEZ DEL TRIBUNAL MUNICIPAL.
EL CONCEJAL PARRISH SEGUNDA LA MOCIÓN. LA MOCIÓN FUE APROBADA
CON SEIS VOTOS AFIRMATIVOS.
A las 5:38 p.m., el Concejo Municipal se reunió en Sesión Ejecutiva.
El Alcalde y el Concejo Municipal entrevistaron a los candidatos individualmente. Cada entrevista duró aproximadamente 35 minutos. Los candidatos entrevistados fueron Richard Gurley, John Collins, John England y Julie Huffman.
A las 5:47 p.m., el Alcalde Breman solicitó un receso. A las 5:57, el Concejo se reunió nuevamente en Sesión Ejecutiva.
Las entrevistas a los candidatos se reanudaron.
A las 8:51 p.m., el Alcalde Breman solicitó un receso. A las 8:56, el Concejo se reunió nuevamente en Sesión Ejecutiva.
Después de la entrevista final, el Concejo y el Alcalde procedieron a discutir qué candidato sería el mejor designado para el cargo de Juez del Tribunal Municipal. Cada miembro del Concejo proporcionó su opinión sobre quién consideraban que serviría mejor y sus razones.
La recomendación al final de la discusión fue para que el Gerente Municipal negociara un contrato para el Juez del Tribunal, para ser revisado en la agenda de la próxima reunión del Concejo.
A las 9:28 p.m., la Sesión Ejecutiva del Concejo Municipal concluyó.
Sin más asuntos ante el Concejo, la reunión fue clausurada a las 9:28 p.m.
