Grand Junction, CO - On July 18, 2026, at approximately 10:16 a.m., officers with the Grand Junction Police Department were dispatched to an in-progress restraining order violation in the 200 block of Rice Street.

During the investigation, officers learned an adult male, identified as Nolan Hall (29), attempted to prevent a woman from leaving in a vehicle before getting on a motorcycle and following her in violation of a restraining order prohibiting contact. Officers also determined the two had been involved in an ongoing domestic dispute and that Hall had recently threatened to kill the woman. Officers developed probable cause to arrest Hall in this case, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Officers attempted to contact Hall on multiple occasions, but he continued to elude officers. An additional warrant was issued for his arrest.

On July 24, 2026, at approximately 2:20 p.m., officers contacted Hall in the 1900 block of Grand Avenue and took him into custody. Hall was transported to the Mesa County Detention Facility where he was booked on two unrelated warrants out of the Montrose County Sheriff’s Office and Mesa County Sheriff’s Office, and the warrants related to this case which include the following charges:

  • Vehicular Eluding

  • Harassment – Follow Person in Public Place

  • Harassment – Repeat Telephone Calls

  • Violation of Protection Order

  • Domestic Violence
