The Birch Park playground will be closed Thursday, September 3, and Friday, September 4, 2026, for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
The remainder of the park and its amenities will remain open during the work. Visitors are asked to use caution around the playground area, equipment and workers, and to stay clear of the work area.
The City of Rifle apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates the community’s patience as crews complete the necessary work to keep Birch Park’s newest playground safe and in good condition.
