Drivers should expect lane shifts on Railroad Avenue between E. Ninth Street and the Highway 13 Bypass beginning Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, as crews conduct scheduled subterranean utility exploration.
The exploration is being conducted in preparation for future infrastructure upgrades along Railroad Avenue. Lane shifts will be in place throughout the project to accommodate the work.
The project is scheduled to be completed by Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026.
Drivers are encouraged to slow down, follow posted signs and traffic controls, watch for crews and allow additional travel time when traveling through the work area.
