Sage Campground is a developed site within Rifle Gap State Park, located near Rifle, Colorado, on the northern shore of the 350-acre reservoir. The campground operates year-round, though facilities may vary during the off-season. Sage is one of five loops in the park, which contains 89 total campsites. The site accommodates tents, motorhomes, and RVs, with pull-through and back-in options available. Amenities include flush toilets, coin-operated showers, picnic tables, and fire pits. A dump station is available at the park. Leashed pets are permitted on a maximum six-foot leash. Reservations are required and can be made up to six months in advance. The park entrance pass is mandatory. Camping is restricted to designated sites, with a maximum stay of 14 days within a 28-day period and a limit of six people per site.
